Rybags #2 Posted January 31, 2011 Channel selector, normally only found on NTSC XL/XE machines, only 400/800 PAL machines had it. Probably just a case of cases being either mixed up in production or not having any PAL ones available at the time.
guus.assmann #3 Posted January 31, 2011 hi, today i buy atari 130xe and it have interesting case what is it? that its not connector there If you have a good look, you can see that the connector for the TV is next to it. The symbol over it shows that they belong together. It's a switch to set the modulator to channel 2 or 3.
mimo #4 Posted January 31, 2011 The channel select switch was dropped for PAL versions, that's why it is missing
+rdemming #5 Posted January 31, 2011 (edited) If I remember correctly, my PAL XE had a small plastic cover in the channel selector hole. Maybe the small cover fall out over time. Robert Edited January 31, 2011 by rdemming
