I know that there is a release candidate here http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/154189-failsafe-7800-wip/ I don't know if there is a more current version, but this should certainly give you enough of a feel for the game before you buy it

I haven't seen any videos of the 7800 homebrew games, but Nathan Strum has reviews of most of them. His reviews are quite fair. This is his current index that lists homebrews by platform/score and each game name is a link to the actual review. He rated FailSafe 4 out of 5.
