Game boy colorless

I got a GBA SP AGS-101 which seemed great until i realized there is no way to turn off the color on original gameboy games. Am I right about that or do I have to hold down some button/

I don't have a GBA SP but if it's like the original, I think the button combo to enter and hold is left+B when it flashes "Game Boy."

yeah it's pretty much universal on the Gameboy systems that play original GB games. The palette can be changed using various button combos when starting up. Check wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Game_Boy_Color under the section "Color palettes used for original Game Boy games"

I was wondering that myself. i was like wait am i seeing this right. I guess he thought it was the Classic Gaming (console) thread, and clicked it by accident
