Atari 2600 Boxes ... Info Needed

Okay, I've finished my homebrew game and I want to make a box for it.

 

I've found a good tutorial on how to make the boxes, but the templates are GIMP files, and I can only work in PSD (Photoshop) files. So I need the following, if someone could help...

 

1) A PSD Template

2) The recommended DPI/PPI

Or, you could download GIMP (it's free) and print, or convert it there.

Template (example) :

scale: 1 pixel = 0.1 mm
