Replacement for MEGA ST internal drive?

I've a big problem: my internal diskdrive won't read disks anymore and I'm looking for a replacement. Since Atari was so "clever" to build some proprietary disk front panels it's more complicate to find a nice replacement which fits in to the desktop case of my Mega ST..

 

Can somebody help me out?
