In my opinion, both manuals and boxes increase a rarity by about a third to a half a point each and shrink wrap adds a whole point. Since she has the manual, I consider the rarity 9.33-.5. Something that adds value is it's history. Unlike my Boing! cart, that looks like it has been on a flea market world tour, it has had one owner and been stored away since 1988.
