José Pereira #1 Posted March 17, 2011 Hi, just discouver these CPC animations of UWOL (with and without clothe) but they are all the shapes in animated sequency. Is there any possible to capture each single frame/shape? UWOL guy with clothe UWOL guy without clothe I have the authorization to the Game conversion/port from MojonTwins and if I use something from theses shapes I'll ask for to the CPC guys, no problem, but I would like to see what possibilities I have first. Help, please!... Thanks. Greetings. José Pereira.
analmux #2 Posted March 17, 2011 No problemo. If I'm home again, I can rip the frames for you, using photoshop.
José Pereira #3 Posted March 17, 2011 Many, many 'Thanks' to you as I don't have Photoshop and also we all never get anything good looking in the UWOL guy shapes. I have also Powroz trying something (using same of his Crownland that was also eight 2:1 pixels wide) and was the best shapes around, but not similar/good/similar IMHO over the 1:1 versions. Because it's soft sprite with P0 underlay using PRIOR0 I think I can get 5colours on it and possible very, very like CPC... Thanks. Greetings. José Pereira. +CharlieChaplin #5 Posted March 17, 2011 Hmm, try Irfan-View: load the animated GIF into Irfan-View, then click onto "Options" and there onto "Extract all frames" (which will open a window where you can choose the folder to save the frames to)... -Andreas Koch. José Pereira #6 Posted March 18, 2011 (edited) OK, here we go: Here's frame 1,2,3 and 4: Thanks. Just tried at PAINT with some similar A8 (colour, luminance) with the P0/PF0/PF1/Ored0 like we are using in the Game. It will look something like this: I think it looks good!... Greets. José Pereira. +JAC! #11 Posted March 19, 2011 (edited) Hi José, It is not moving inline here because that's is a downsized static thumbnail which is displayed by default. You can set the duration for every frame/image on the tab "Image" in 1/100s. Edited March 19, 2011 by JAC!
José Pereira #12 Posted March 20, 2011 Yes, was thinking in that part... Value 2 will be PAL... Thanks. José Pereira.
