Can you recommend me an awesome atari game (Not made by activision this time) Frankenstein's Monster I like it a bunch and no one ever seems to talk about it. So play it so we can talk about it. HatefulGravey #4 Posted March 24, 2011 Mountain King Another good title. Mine is on the way right now, ordered in a large lot from a fellow AtariAger. This one is probably a little cheaper then the one I recommended too. I didn't think about the fact that I was recommending an R5, Mountain King should be a litte lower then that. HatefulGravey #10 Posted March 24, 2011 Oh yeah, I assumed you had Berzerk. You have to have that game. GO GET IT NOW!
Rex Dart #11 Posted March 24, 2011 Berzerk's actually pretty dull... give Demons to Diamonds a try if you've got a buddy to play with.
Philflound #12 Posted March 24, 2011 I always loved Joust, which is also affordable. You can also never go wrong with Adventure. Phil
Pioneer4x4 #13 Posted March 24, 2011 How much you willing to spend? If only a couple bucks, then all good suggestions so far. I am a big fan of Frankenstein's Monster, and Mountain King. Or you could go Harmony, and end all decisions! One of my favorites for 2 player is Sky Diver, and if you have don't have 2 sets of paddles yet for warlords they are a MUST. I like the exploring, collecting games more than trigger hammering shooters, something like Raiders, or Riddle of the Sphinx.
Fr0st #14 Posted March 24, 2011 Joust would be my suggestion. And Solar Fox.

Gorfy #17 Posted March 24, 2011 surprised nobody suggested Yar's Revenge yet. Also, Adventure, Millipede, and Buck Rogers Planet of Zoom. If you haven't checked them out already, there are a couple of threads up in which people list their top 10 (or more) favorite 2600 games. Those would be good to consult. Enjoy.
