Finally, a use for picture in picture!

So my TV has picture-in-picture, a feature I thought I would never use. It has some interesting restrictions. You can only use the coaxial port when you're watching tv through another source(HDMI, etc).

 

Well, there's one use for it then...

 

So if mom & dad's watching 30 Rock, the kids can play Coleco!

 

Or 2 video games can be played at once!

I've used PiP for playing mario when my mom watched House before.

That is exactly what its for. My brother uses it to watch TV while he is waiting for his party to get together to play COD and games like that. Lobby times don't seem near as bad when you can watch a movie at the bottom of the screen in the time between games.
