Space Invaders is defentily a classic. I know it wasn't the first arcade game, but it's the first game I can recall seeing (and playing) as a little kid (I was born in 76).

Movies based on games like Space Invaders can only a bad thing. More then likely we will be getting your standard alien invasion movie with the Space Invaders name on it.
