Using an Atari keyboard with Mac/PC

I was just curious - has anyone ever thought of modifying a Mega/TT keyboard for use with a modern Mac or PC? How difficult would this be? I think it would be cool to have an Atari keyboard to use on my Mac for nostalgia (it would not be for ergonomics :-)).

 

I see that someone just released an Atari 400-themed keyboard and it got me thinking about using an old Mega/TT keyboard again.

Nah! The noSTalgia effect is more -ahem- effective if you plug the Mega/TT keyboard to a Mega/TT machine
