CLOSED Atari 2600 Mystery Cart Giveaway Contest

Recommended Posts

Contest is now closed, thank you for playing...

I found another working cart with no label. I also want to clear out some extra dupes, manuals etc.

Therefore, it's time to play 20 questions. Everyone is eligible (even overseas). Ask a simple yes-or-no question, I will answer to the best of my abilities. Limit one question per person, per day. For example, person 1 and 2 can both ask a question on the same day, but person 1 can not ask more than one question each day.

I will add one Atari-related item to the box for every question asked. Some of these items are better than others.

If no one has the correct answer after twenty questions, One lucky winner will be chosen at random from all participants. The random winner will receive everything in the box, except for the mystery cart. A new box will be started and the game will continue for another twenty questions, or until someone guesses the mystery game, or until I run out of extra stuff, whichever comes first.

Free shipping, so you have nothing to lose.

ready, set, go

Is it Frogger?

(I know it's a bit early to guess, but the general rule is that if it's a label-less game, it's Frogger.)

However, let's make it less obvious... is it a Parker Bros. Game?

Can I be evicted from the guessing if someone other than the OP suggests I'm out? [does this count as a question?]

Is it an arcade port?

No

I'm going to guess, Pitfall II: lost caverns

Guesses should be in the form of a question, as in Is it Pitfall II?

I should have clarified this earlier.

Anyhow, No, it is not Pitfall II

is a guess a question?also does this count as 2 questions?

This was just to clarify rules, and as such, does not count as any questions. Carry on.

Tennis!

Is it Tennis? No.

Does it have a 2-player game option?

No

can you guess after asking a uestion?

Guesses should be in the form of a question, so no.

this one doesn't count towards the total

Activision game?

No

No

No

No

To Recap, the game is:

Not an Atari branded game

Not a Parker Brothers game

Not an Activision game (so not Pitfall II or Tennis)

Not a paddle game

Not an arcade port

and it does not have a 2-player option.

The game is in a black case,

it was made before 1985, but not before 1983

and it has a rarity level less than R5.

12 down, 8 to go
