VHS video game commercials/ads

I have somehow amassed a small collection of N64 TV commercial spots on VHS tape that I have come across at various charity thrift stores. They have professionally done cardboard sleeves and look like maybe they were promos mailed out to existing Nintendo customers. Being gaming related and cheap, I could not pass these up. Is there anyone else that collects VHS tapes of old game and system TV commercials? Will these hold any value in the future?

 

Are there any others out there besides just N64?

They are probably all on YouTube, so they would thus than have very litle value. Unless there's some super-fanatic N64 collector fan.

I've got a few random ones - my favorite being a TurboGrafx promotional video that features a lot of late-release games. That one is cool. I have a "Top Gear Rally" for n64 promo VHS tape as well, and a bunch of Midway ones (Dr. Muto, etc). I can't imagine they have much collector value, though. Does anyone really have a strong nostalgic streak for Top Gear Rally on n64? Most of this stuff is probably on Youtube, anyways.

I have several GB of these on my hard drive, from various systems.... probably threw the tapes away years ago with my other tapes. They were made with such cheap parts & fell apart anyways, no real reason for me to hang onto them.

I have one of the N64 tapes too. I watched it once and into the drawer it went (next to my single pirate Famicom cart).

 

I do not actively colect them, but I will buy most anything video game related if it is sufficiently cheap.

A couple of those tapes were for Nintendo Power subscribers. I have the Star Fox 64 and the Donkey Kong Country (from the SNES days) ones, both of which came from my NP subscription.

 

The Star Fox 64 one is hilariously bad.
