Original Xbox and 16 games- Free

A guy I know is moving and wanted to get rid of it so he gave it to me.

Dont usually collect stuff this new, but whatever its free, and I like some of the games.

Orig Xbox has some pretty sweet games, a lot of which aren't compatible with the 360 so that was a definite score.

Went hoping around thrift stores and found a few things. Only one of which was gaming related, well at least that I took home. I found a copy of Super Castlevania IV for the SNES for $1.70. Also came home with 3 8-tracks, a head cleaner, a Motown release by Jermain Jackson titled Come Into My Life, and the Village Peoples Macho Man. :D Also picked up Brain Salad Surgery by Emerson, Lake & Palmer. Had no idea what it was when I bought it, just loved the Giger artwork and a CBS record titled Man On the Moon narrated by Walter Cronkite. Never seen anything like it so I had to buy it, plus its in exquisite condition for a record from the 60s-70s, not a scratch on it and not a single pop or crackle during play. Other things I saw but didn't buy were several Capacitance Electronic Discs, which I've only ever read about, all were 007 movies. And probably the most surprising thing I saw was a beat to hell Phillips CD-i 220 in a stack of dvd players, $10 but no cables, controller or games so I left it.

You should always check the back and see if the Digital Video Cart is installed. That alone makes it worth it!

Went to the Stormville Airport Flea Market's "Ultimate Yard Sale" today, and came back with:

Mountain King (2600) - $1.00

seven GameCube games including Super Mario Sunshine (all CIB except SMS which was missing the manual) - $2.00 each

three PlayStation single-disc games, all CIB - $1.00 each

PS1 Legend of Dragoon CIB - $3.00

CIB Platinum Game Boy Advance SP (very clean, almost NIB) - $20.00

N64 loose carts: Super Mario 64, Tetrisphere - $3.00 each

I passed up a FZ-1 3DO with one controller, but a missing power button, for $15. I didn't feel like carrying it around, already have a 3DO, and didn't want to deal with another Island of Misfit Toys console, so I figured I'd let it find a loving home in the arms of Some Guy.

I actually thought to try checking when I went to check it out for Golden Axe today. The area the cart would be was covered with a metal plate held on by torx screws, which needless to say I had no way of removing at the time.

Holy shit, I envy you, Stich. You seem to be getting all the good finds recently. I hope you can find a replacement battery for that thing, because you will be a chick MAGNET!

 Already ordered 2 new batteries and upgraded from 17 watt-hours to 18 watt-hours.
