Scumdogg #4176 Posted May 12, 2007 Grr.. The wife and i stopped at a flea market on the way home from the zoo with our nephew today, and were halfway through before i needed to make my first purchase and realized we only had $10 cash on us. Damn you Credit Card Age!! Anyway, i picked up a couple 2600 games, Ghostbusters and a beveled case Eggomania, for $3 each. My wife spent the remaining $4 on a Popple. Had to leave a lot of games behind, it was sad...i'm happy about Ghostbusters though, the label is really nice and i've been looking for it for a while. Scumdogg #4183 Posted May 14, 2007 Today's finds were...a bit more than i like to spend, usually, but i got some good stuff. 2 copies of Circus Atari....one complete text label, one loose picture lable. I can't believe i didn't have this game. $3 total. SNES Games: Rex Ronan: Experiemental Surgeon (finally!)- $12. The Lost Vikings: $5 Ultraman: $4 U.N. Squadron: $5 Genesis games (complete): Wiz 'n' Liz: $8 Muhammed Ali Heavyweight Boxing: $3 Dreamcast (complete): Tomb Raider Chronicles: $4 2 Genesis controller extention cables...$4 each. Having 120 Genesis games and finally being able to play from the couch... Priceless. Also got a bunch of weird crap on VHS for $1 each, because my wife and i don't know any better sometimes. Actually, they were $2 each or 10 for $10. I only really wanted the Monster in my Pocket tape, and...well...for some reason it seemed better to get 9 other movies to lower the price on one. Biker Mice From Mars: The Pits Kalifornia Monster in my Pocket (sealed! woo!) Boogeyman 2 Office Killer Left Behind: The Movie ( ) Have You Been Left Behind? (I have a feeling I have...) The Pagemaster Mummies Alive! The Legend Begins

SpendTooMuchOnAtari #4195 Posted May 17, 2007 (edited) I was at my local Game Crazy to pick up Touch The Dead for DS when I was browsing through the "classic bin" which are 3 for $10. I got three games, all complete: PS1 Intelligent Qube PS1 King's Field II PS1 Alone In The Dark Then I went to a record store that also buys/sells/trades games and got two PS2 games: Guitar Hero II $15 Way of the Samurai 2 $8 I don't want the Intelligent Qube so off to e-pay with that and let it pay for my other purchases. Hoodoo #4196 Posted May 17, 2007 After many weeks, and much suspicion that one of the employees at the local Goodwill was "hoarding" the good stuff, I walked in today....to find....gaming HEAVEN.....First, I walk back through the toy aisle (usually I go right through the clothes to the electrical/electronic section, which is a ways from the toy aisle), and lo and behold, lying there among many broken dolls and toys was......and for $5!!!....CHRONO TRIGGER for the SNES.....get this...SEALED in the box! Even still had an "EB" sticker that said "Buy this game and get the strategy guide for 50% off!" Assuming that finding this was my ONE gamer miracle of the day, I continued to the electric aisle and was astonished to find, as a bundle, a GOLD n64 (special Zelda edition, perhaps? Not sure...although it had an expansion pak in it already and came with a gold controller.) with the following games, COMPLETE in box: Perfect Dark, Goldeneye 007, Mario 64, Ocarina of Time and Super Smash Bros. all for 29.95! SRGilbert #4197 Posted May 17, 2007 My local thrift stores never have anything, but today at the Salv I saw a small stack of Atari 2600 carts. Mostly commons, but among them I found an Imagic No Escape! and a Congo Bongo both for $1.20 each. I guess not bad for R4's.

Even still had an "EB" sticker that said "Buy this game and get the strategy guide for 50% off!" WOW! I don't know what else to say, that is one hell of a find! Is that a keeper? That would probably bring a nice price in the open market. LINK Whatever your intentions are, way to go on the find!
