Wanted: 4 switch video mod or 2600 Jr system

I'm wanting a 2600 with composite output, so I'm looking to buy either something to make my 4 switch have composite output, or to buy a 2600 Jr.

 

looking to spend no more than $20 after all is said and done. Will go higher if need to
