ok i was fixing a 2600 6 switchers solder joints and decided to use a gorf(pal) pirate cart as the test cart

switching it on and off resulted in getting pacman --- WTF is going here then, i thought for a split second my console had a built in game

no deal. just a strange occurrence i wanted to share

gorf on the right is the culprit

Not fake at all.

HES single game carts with this label type always have two games build in.

Starting up with a different difficulty switch position shows the other game.

It's even mentioned in the Gorf manual:

If you're lucky, other bonus games may also be played on your Atari 2600.

what an odd cart... the cart is same as HES i was originaly just sizing it up against the original gorf and deemed it a cheap pirate(yeah was wrong there)

i thought the carts menu system must be knackard, i threw the cart in the Jr and after a few on/offs got a square blue screen simlar to activision HES 5 in 1 menu then it freaked out squelled and i turned it back off

anyways i will keep on with it

big thanks Rom hunter for that info :) maybe there is more on the cart

I thought HES was licenced to sell games? Or is that another company that I'm thinking off?

So they give a hint in the manual that a second pirate game is on their pirate cart? Weird. ;)

Weird never heard of this before. Do all gorf carts have 2 games?

AFAIK all Gorf carts from HES do.

Still curious about the second game on their Star Warrior cart.

Could very well be Frogger.
