flammingcowz #4 Posted June 5, 2011 (edited) All of the guides that tell you how to know the difference between a heavy and light sixer haven't showed something that I noticed, so I took a picture of it to show another difference. The back where the power cord and things go, the video cord isn't allowed to go in and out of the system, it has a rubber stopper. Also there is way more text explaining what things are, and it just looks different overall back there. Edited June 5, 2011 by flammingcowz
nathanallan #5 Posted June 5, 2011 (edited) Great find! The H6er has a very distinctive back panel, you noticed it. Nice haul! /edit It might seem odd to some, but I like to get a copy of E.T. whenever I get a 2600 console. I know that's a bit weird, but it's just me. Epyx_Fail #7 Posted June 5, 2011 Just picked up a couple of these with paddles and joysticks (not original paddles, sadly) for $40.
tz101 #8 Posted June 5, 2011 ^ Did they come with H-6er joyticks?
Schizophretard #9 Posted June 5, 2011 I couldn't find the other thread with the blurry picture where you(I think it was you) asked if it was a heavy sixer but it looks like I was pretty dead on with the carts. I knew that one was a Sears cart but couldn't tell it was Superman. Does that Combat end label have 01 combat in red with a red/silver border or does it have a second text with just combat? Schizophretard #10 Posted June 5, 2011 ^ Did they come with H-6er joyticks? I think I can see the plastic ring around the rubber so I doubt it.
Schizophretard #11 Posted June 5, 2011 Actually on the one on the right it does look kind of like the rubber things that hold it down instead of the plastic ring are there but it's hard to tell. Does either of them say "TOP" at the top of the ring?

keilbaca #13 Posted June 5, 2011 Those are the CX-10 Heavy Sixer sticks. Very nice haul!!
Schizophretard #14 Posted June 5, 2011 Those are the CX-10 Heavy Sixer sticks. Very nice haul!! What did you see that showed you?
flammingcowz #15 Posted June 5, 2011 They weren't heavy sixer sticks sadly =[, but they are cx40's that work perfectly. He said he had the system since he was 12 so he probably tore through them years ago. The combat cartridge is orange(maybe old red?) and says 01 combat. And here is the sticker on the bottom
Schizophretard #16 Posted June 5, 2011 (edited) Those are heavy sixer paddles though. That Combat is a heavy sixer Combat. The original nine games released had the numbers on the end labels. Edited June 5, 2011 by Schizophretard
flammingcowz #17 Posted June 5, 2011 Is there anything you can tell from a serial number? Or are they just random
Schizophretard #18 Posted June 5, 2011 Is there anything you can tell from a serial number? Or are they just random The lower the number and letter the older the system. If you go to the heavy sixer list you can see how yours compares to other members.
