Schizophretard #51 Posted August 4, 2011 Well.. It´s all up to how much you are willing to pay. I think most games are up on ebay right now, but some ridiculusly overprized. I dont own all imagic-games, i own all PAL-carts, witch took me about 4 years to complete (not paying more then 5euros (inkl.P+P) for any game.Im missing:Shooting gallry (NTSC only) is easy to find on ebay.com.atlantis II (NTSC only) witch is very, very, very rare (never sold in stores). And sky patrol witch are a prototype. The last 2 should be very hard to find even with a huge wallet.Happy hunting. Okay, thanks. Would be great to have Atlantis II but I think I wouldn't be willing to pay that much for a game. If I get all the regular sold Imagic games I'm satisfied. Did you buy them mostly from ebay? I, as a german, can't think of another place than Ebay or flea markets, but I didn't look at flea markets by now. Seems like the americans here have an easier time finding Atari stuff? It's hard for us too. It's hard for you to get games from us but it is even harder for us to get your interesting PAL pirate carts from you. You have to deal with an ocean. We have to deal with extreme rarity over an ocean. We both have trouble getting carts from Brazil though. Anyway, I'm going with Atlantis. It blew me away as a kid. Since it had two sequels it must of blown away a lot of kids back then.

Rom Hunter #53 Posted August 4, 2011 Demon Attack by far. Although I do have a soft spot for Riddle of the Sphinx. Fascinating game at that time.

Yes, thats seems to be the case. Here on AA americans write about there finds in the wild all the time. I guess it´s hard to find stuff in amirica to, but here in Sweden it is very, very hard. I visit several flea markets etc. on a regular basis, and even though i have some pretty god connections and have found tons of NES, superNES, SMS och SMG games during the last ten years, finding atari stuff is rarer then a solar eclipse. Last time i found some 2600 games in the wild was in early may in brighton England (first time in over 2 years). I almost died of a hart attack! i already owned the games i found, but bought them anyway, and sold them all to a friend when i got back to Sweden. I was amped up by this find for about a month! Imagic is one of the few companys (longside:atari and activision) that you can (ones every 5years) actually find games from in wild here in Sweden. But i have still not found one single white label imagic-game in the wild here. However i have actually found 9 of my silver label imagic carts in the wild. And total about 50 carts, so it´s not compleatly impossible to find games outside the net here, but a LOT of time and effort has been spent to find these carts, too say the least! +Curious Sofa #56 Posted August 5, 2011 Cosmic Ark is just so weird and fun that it gets #1 for me.... followed very closely by Demon Attack and Subterranea, with honorable mentions to Dragonfire, Atlantis and Riddle of the Sphinx.

JacobZu7zu7 #58 Posted August 10, 2011 (edited) For me, Demon Attack and Dragon Fire are both #1. I still remember first time I saw Demon Attack and the awesomeness that the sound effects and graphics caused on me. And Dragon Fire is so adictive... When I first played Demon Attack, it was one of the first new "old" games I added to my 15-18 total games, I got in 90's and I was very impressed with the colors and sounds... didn't know Atari 2600 was THIS good, and the more I collected games off eBay the better my impressions of the 2600 were. (grew up with Odyssey2/Commodore64). Only 2600 games I remembered in 80s was, E.T./Asteroids/Space Invaders/Pitfall. Demon Attack is a really nice game, lots of different strategies in the gameplay too. Edited August 10, 2011 by JacobZu7zu7
