Two Konami titles for sure, Yume Penguin Monogatari and Bio Miracle Boukette Upa, not much in the way of text in either game, though YPM has a backstory about losing weight (there's a ROM translation out there). Kid Dracula has one tricky part involving a boss who hosts a quiz show, it can be a roadblock. Twinbee games require no knowledge of Japanese as well, as they are shmups, nothing to stop you from enjoying the games.
