Who made Pac-Kong (or spider kong) first

I just found out that the horrendous game known as pac (or spider) kong was published (and sometimes hacked) by LOTS of companies.

Does somebody know who actually programmed this game?

I deleted that "game" from my Harmony Cartridge list. it's simply no game at all... clear example of what David Crane described as a start of the end when many companies started sticking their nose into the business with "college coders" who knew nothing both about 2600 and designing video games

Am I the ONLY person who likes Pac Kong??? It ain't THAT bad and the difficulty is a notch up from Coleco's DK Cut it some slack! I keep in on my fav's list on Stella.
