Charlie_ #8 Posted June 22, 2011 Climatics doesn't work for me, anyone else having problems? I know they moved to a new hosting service and the files interface was different for a week or more. Then the site was down for a few days. Now it is back up again with the old interface. The interface is like the old windows explorer directory tree.... I'm using Opera and Internet Explorer and the files section work fine for me...
AstFan #9 Posted June 23, 2011 Instead "best" - which is pretty messy and unreliable in fact, try this : http://www.thegamearchives.com Or http://planetemu.net/ For hard disk adaptations/fixes: still active site, now with TT support too: http://atari.8bitchip.info/fromhd.php

Christos #11 Posted June 23, 2011 (edited) Emulators read .st and .msa format. Some programs will not run with the tos version you have. Others will need to be loaded from within the emulated atari. Edited June 23, 2011 by Christos

Sorry, I should read more carefully. I'm at work most of the time I check the forums though and make "quick" replies. Have you unzipped the files? I know the files on Climatics are compressed in ZIP or RAR format. I'm not sure if the emulator supports zipped files. You could try to unzip the files and this should give you a .ST or .MSA file type. Most files are MSA that I have downloaded.

dg01005 #15 Posted October 20, 2011 can anyone help me with a step by step guide on putting these games onto a floppy disk for my ste?
Charlie_ #16 Posted October 20, 2011 can anyone help me with a step by step guide on putting these games onto a floppy disk for my ste? Sure. On a Windows 2000, XP, or 7 computer, go here: http://atari.8bitchip.info/floimgd.php Your system must have an internal floppy drive. Not a USB drive. Install the fdrawcmd driver. Download, extract and run the Floopy Image program. Using Floopy Image program click "Open (another) image file" Select your MSA or ST image file and click "Image to Floopy"
