It really is a fun game with well designed packaging. It is too bad that Yuppicide flaked out so badly, as he did make a good product (in the instances when he actually delivered). GEZ #30 Posted February 29, 2012 I do honestly think he was well intentioned, but as soon as things started looking delayed, he would just stop responding to any enquiries, although you could see he was still posting on AA! Even if he would still come through, people would be understanding, but he just ignores everyone. If anyone wants to take action against him, this might make it easier, plus I'll update the AA Bad Trader & Scammer threads with the info. I am kind of curious too how many people's money he got away with....he has been inactive since Dec, probably under another name by now. Please reply to this and add your name, adding a number as you go...eg 1. Joe Smith 2. Smith Joe etc. I was ripped off on Skull Island so can't start this one off... 1. 2. And egoistically, I am relieved that I have never seen this topic tiil now and purely by chance, and not last year - I have loved Ature from the first alpha version, was one of the first who commented on it on the Homebrew Discussion forum in 2010, was disappointed that only 15 (?) carts had been made of it for sale at the Expo only, unreachable for me, handdrawn label, and which were sold out at once, none left for me. I would definitely have pre-ordered one cart here, had I known about this thread. How could it have ended so sadly like this? If you cannot do these things, please do everyone a favor and leave it to those who can. It seems like every day there's a new story about someone paying for a product that is never delivered. beoran #45 Posted December 9, 2012 Heh, I'm very sorry to see people got cheated over the game that I made. I released the game under an open source license, so anyone who likes can make a rom. Yuppicide asked me and I allowed him to do so because I wanted to allow everyone to make roms of this game. But this was in now way an exclusive deal, so anyone of you can make the roms themselves. As for the label drawing, I'll provide that to anyone who is interetsted on simple request. Or I can post a link here if there is enough demand. I hope that can help heal the pain a bit...
