HatefulGravey #1 Posted July 4, 2011 I sold a bunch on my older action figures on eBay and about 6 of them actually went to a local. Someone I know decided he wanted them enough to bid on them when I mentioned it and he won them. So, how do I take his cash and close the auctions without going through PayPal and losing the money they would take and without making him pay shipping as I wont be shipping them? I have done very little on eBay and this is not something I have come up against yet. I'm assuming I'll have to pay eBay in all this and have no problem with that. With that in mind how do I pay eBay their fees on this? I assume they will take those fees out of the PayPal account linked to my eBay account when I close that auction. oldjd #2 Posted July 4, 2011 There should be an option where you and the buyer can mark it as paid. Have no fear about Ebay getting there share. They will deduct it with your monthly bill. The only way it wouldnt happen is if either of you disputes the sale
+RandomPerson #3 Posted July 5, 2011 Or you can both mutually cancel the auctions and then you don't have to pay ebay the fees at all and you get to keep the full sale price.

Just agree to cancel them and you won't have to pay those damned fees!
Mxyzptlk #5 Posted July 5, 2011 I dealt with this once awhile back and just marked paid. There is some hassle from E-Bay when you do this , but I forget what exactly it was, but it was not too big a deal.
