Jr. Pac
Stage one on my Jr. Pac-Man cart keeps changing colors every time I played it. It alternated between green, greenish brown, and brown every time I turned it off and on. Is there a problem, and why does this happen? It's once again a L6 with channel select switch. BrianC
It's not the game, it's the TV. It does that on many TVs I played it on. Starts out as greenish, but is brown when the TV warms up. It's just the color on the TV, nothing wrong with the game. Edited July 14, 2011 by BrianC
Charlie_
I think its not the TV, its the 2600. The color produced changes as the system is used. Thats why the knob inside the console should be adjusted when the system has been on for a while. Another example of this is the sky/tree colors in Smurf Rescue... Jr. Pac
Not the television or the color adjustment. The color adjustment knob is in perfect position. I'm saying the color is different every time I turn the 2600 on. Not it changes after a while then the television warms up.

It's normal and it happened with multiple 2600s. I think its not the TV, its the 2600. The color produced changes as the system is used. I had this happen with multiple systems and colors are fine on other games. I think it's the TV, since I had similar things with brightness and color settings on other systems. But I should have been more clear, I don't feel the color needs adjusting, but I think it's something normal where the colors are slightly different. Jr. Pac
http://www.atariage.com/forums/topic/184056-green-is-brown/ My goodness! I am saying that it DOES NOT change color when it's on. It is always different every time I turn it on.
Lord Helmet
I don't think what you're describing is possible. At least not with the game. Must be the tv. Have you tried hooking it up to another tv? Edited July 15, 2011 by Lord Helmet
