Thanks for the refresher, I'll take another look at this. I thought I had resolved the GROM addressing since then, but worth a double check.

You're brilliant, man. Implemented the correct GROM address wrap, and it works fine now. I was very surprised - I did all the testing to confirm the behaviour years ago, but apparently I never implemented it. SXB works now.

Haven't had a problem with SXB and Classic 99 with my patch since then.

Still use it along with a Super Space II 32K in my navarone widgit on my 4A.

Try using CALL EA from XB.  The only one that crashes is the non-EA version.  It causes funky screen issues with the real hardware.

 

The enhanced editing & programming commands along with CALL CAT make XB more enjoyable.
