Creating images/backups of tapes and floppys

Hi,

 

I have several thousand games with the majority still being sealed. But many are new but not sealed, so I'd like to create backups of them. I have many tapes for C64, Amstrad, Spectrum and Atari 800. Many 5.25" floppys (C64, Apple II, PC) and also hundreds of ST games on SD and DD disks.

 

What's the best way to create backups of them? Which hard- and software would you recommend?
