Y'know, I think the Wal*Mart I go to has Pac-Man toys like that in the Prize-Grabber in the entrance.

If you're so close to the shore, there's Barcade in Brooklyn too which has a great selection of classic arcades cabs.

Hate to disappoint you, but that small, round, strangely colored creature wasn't Pac-Man... that was just Snooki.

Okay, sorry to reresurrect this thread (hopefully just for this post) but I went to Seaside Heights yesterday. Flashbacks WITH the classic games is still there indeed. Again, there are two Flashbacks rooms. If you enter from the beach side, go to the one on the right side.

Rererereresurrecting this thread, if just temporarily: Flashbacks is gone. I don't think it was destroyed, because the rest of the arcade is still intact and operating, but it looks like they might have closed off the part of the arcade that contained Flashbacks. They put a few of the pinball machines in the main area near the carousel and a video game or two (X-Men for one), but Flashbacks essentially is no more. No big loss -- the games were always in disrepair, and every year there was at least one more game not working and at least one or two working worse...and to add insult to injury, a year or two ago they doubled the price to fifty cents a game.

Was just down there and it looks like 60% of the overall arcade is gone. I can't imagine they'd bring back the Flashbacks section. I agree, no big loss considering the condition of the games...
