Pioneer4x4 #4 Posted July 31, 2011 Sweet deal? Price? Wait till I actually get it... Hopefully in a couple hours. Got them, $80. I need to wipe them off and go through, about 125 carts and only 2 dupes! Plus several I didn't have. I made the list from pictures so I'll see what is actually there, plus the mattel ones can't be read in the picture, but nothing is ever rare there.

Jr. Pac #7 Posted August 1, 2011 Wow! Nice score! I think this is the first lot of games I've seen without Pac-Man.

That is an incredible deal you got. I would like to buy the Snoopy, my loose cart. no longer works.
Ranthulfr #10 Posted August 1, 2011 Mr. Do's Castle and Wall Ball are definitely not everyday finds! Nice.
Schizophretard #11 Posted August 1, 2011 64 cents a cart is a very good deal. If you collect label variations then you will be surprised of how many of those are not really doubles.
Stan #12 Posted August 1, 2011 Good nab man. There are a few games in there easily over $20 loose.
Pioneer4x4 #13 Posted August 1, 2011 He was a real nice guy, had a collection of amny old systems in his entertainment centers, colecovision, intellivision, dreamcast... He said he had 2 vectrexs. The price was great, and it was AMAZING that there were that many non dupe carts. I guess he needed some quick cash or something, but he was not some guy that found them in a basement and didn't know anything. Over the next couple days I will find out how many true dupes I have. The funny thing is I just got Gremlins seperate and another just fell in my lap! And to have 130ish games with NO instructions is odd to me as well. I plan on keeping major variations like text/picture, and maybe others like ones with actual errors, but not the minor variations. Plus I got to take a nice ride on Sunday morning, stop in the Harbor Freight store, eat at Sheetz...
Pioneer4x4 #14 Posted August 2, 2011 Here is a picture of some of the new ones! I never realized that Wall Ball was Sports Illustrated! I have never played any of these games on the 2600, most never at all. Which are good ones to play? I am looking forward to Tapper!
tz101 #15 Posted August 2, 2011 Gyruss and Solar Fox are good fun. Lost Luggage is so-so. Don't have any of the others.
Mxyzptlk #16 Posted August 2, 2011 Out of the ones displayed in your photo, I enjoy Tapper and Winter Games the most. Taz is pretty fun for me also. Lost Luggage pretty much blows, I could never get into that game. The rest are O.K. and fairly fun to play.
Philflound #17 Posted August 2, 2011 Labels look to be in nice shape too. Great score! Phil

EricDeLee #20 Posted August 2, 2011 I plan on keeping major variations like text/picture, and maybe others like ones with actual errors, but not the minor variations. That's basically what I do. I collect MAJOR differences. Text/Picture versions. SEARS/ATARI different versions. But I also collect major cart differences. Handle carts versus regular carts (example: Congo Bongo... or the different versions of Ram It...) Pretty soon, you'll be staring at a wall of over 700 carts like I am. At times I am a bit overwhelmed by it, but other times... it's my pride and joy! LOL

I could have SWORN that had a picture of my ex-wife on the label when she didn't pay taxes for 7-8 years. I guess not. I'll have to re-look at my cart when I get home.
