Skate Boardin' - Any tips ?

Just got a copy of Skate Boardin', the game seems good. The tricks are not up to todays crazy real life antics, but it is fun. Any tips ?

Any fans of this game ? I am going to catch some air.

Yeah, the tubes totally confused me at first. I thought what the heck do you do with those big long grey rectangles. You can't jump on them, or run over them????? Then I looked up the manual on line and found out they were tubes. The game is mega frustrating for me, because if you don't line up just right you get all messed up.

At the top of the board there is a truck that drives by. If you haven't figured out how to max out your speed. Watch Back to the Future to give you a hint. I really enjoyed this game when it came out. It gave me some hope that some companies were still making Atari games dispite the crash and the rise of Nintendo.
