Yes this one is rare. One of the last I managed to get for my CBS collection. Tarzan is also about as rare, however I think that one of the toughest to find CIB is Buck Rogers.

see the key is does everyone else pay enough attention to notice it since it is not a specific sale of that item.

Yeah, it seems like the guy doesn't know what he has. That seems like it's kind of common, and that's what happens with some big ticket items, like that CIB Stadium Events that reportaly sold for 31k. Just a mom clearing out her kids old NES collection and then got shocked when she found out what she has. I imagine this seller is having the same reaction (although not quite to that degree). Kudos to him not taking any side offers.

That's why, in cases just like this, I place a bid right away instead of waiting until the end in hopes of thrwarting the possibility of the seller ending the auction and making a side deal. Seeing as I only need Word Feud, if I win the auction, I will take care of others on here that mention items that they need. If someelse wins... congrats to the winner.

Getting the stuff you want for Coleco (or Adam) is rather difficult isn't it? I'm thinking of having my wife make me dust covers for everything on my Adam rig. I've lost out on the real covers many times.

Yeah, those ADAM Dist Covers are VERY tough to come by, especially a complete set for all three components and that's not even considering boxed. What would be even harder is to come by Classic Covers Exp. Mod. #03 ADAM System Dust Covers, especially CIB seeing as we didn't sell many of those BITD.

 

Even fewer Classic Covers Disk Drive Dust Covers show up... very rare.
