gorfcadet #1 Posted September 9, 2011 What a great game. It took me a while to figure out the false walls. I didn't know if the creator ever popped onto the forums, but props to him. Any chance of a sequel?
s0c7 #2 Posted September 9, 2011 Thanks! I'm glad you enjoyed it. As for a direct sequel, probably not. It would need to be something different. At the moment, I'm mostly learning how to code for the Odyssey2: http://www.atariage.com/forums/blog/254/entry-8459-in-the-jungle/
DJT #3 Posted September 9, 2011 I just ordered my copy! I can't wait to sink my teeth into it!! Love to hear that there's a lot of replay in it... It could be the closest thing to a rogue like we have for the 2600 yet!
Nateo #4 Posted September 9, 2011 It's a pretty great game! I come back to it all the time. There is great satisfaction to be found when you finally finish the game and get the good ending.
gorfcadet #5 Posted September 9, 2011 I got the good ending first I think... so I guess I beat it, but kill the dragon before rescuing the princess for the bad ending?
BydoEmpire #6 Posted September 10, 2011 I hate to say this, but I haven't heard about Dungeon until this thread (I've been following the 5200 and Inty forums much more often over the last 5 years or so). I checked out some youtube videos and it looks awesome. What a great-looking game.

gorfcadet #8 Posted September 10, 2011 Yeppers, just got the "bad" ending. Very cool as well. If this game had existed 25 - 30 years ago just imagine how things would be different now. An Atari RPG with multiple endings. Hats off to you sir!
DJT #9 Posted September 14, 2011 JUST received my copy of Dungeon today! Popped it in and have been playing it for the last hour. Seriously, the BEST adventure/RPG for the 2600....maybe even the best game ever for the 2600. The graphics are really good and the randomness seriously gives it the roguelike feel. Incredible homebrew title. You can tell there was a lot of love that went into making it and I'm still just blown away by how much fun and interesting it is.
