Asteroids Cabinet Dimensions

Does anyone have the dimensions for an Asteroids cabinet? I'm looking to build my own cabinet for use as a MAME cab and I want to use the Asteroids design as it has a fairly large control panel that can accomodate joysticks, buttons, trackball and a spinner.

 

I was going to buy an old cabinet but for some reason I have a problem with damaging an original piece.
