I bought the "Atari 2600 DIY S-Video, Composite and stereo AV Mod - Complete Kit" from Electronicsentimentalities on Ebay which is (as I understand it) the "BAtari Atari 2600 AV Mod Kit".   I know that the kit is for NTSC and so are the instructions but from what I've read before there probably was only the TIA pinouts which would differ, so I thought that it only would be to compare the pinouts of the NTSC and PAL TIAs and then I'd know how to solder it.
