Duck Hunt 2600 Needs A Name

Hi everyone,

 

Yes i am going to try to recreate the infamous nes duck hunt game for the Atari 2600. However to avoid a lawsuit because of the name, i need your help in coming up with an original name. The name i like the most will become the new name of the game.

How about Qwak! ? This was a 1970s Atari arcade light gun game, and it probably influenced Duck Hunt.

I like Qwak and Quacker Blaster. Qwak i believe is copyrighted by Atari so I'm afraid to use it. Quacker Blaster is my alternate and a suitable alternate at that. Keep em coming, still looking for a third alternate. Yes this will be a lightgun game, but joystick support will be considered.

Hi everyone,

 

Thanks for all the wonderful suggestions, i decided to use quacker blaster as the name and a website has been setup. Here's the link to the site http://quackerblaster.tk. Iam quite busy at the moment as something important has come up, and unfortinately it will effect the progress of the game. I hope to have at least a graphics demo out by early next year so bear with me.
