Need some help with Tomb Raider III (PC version)

very simply i am just looking for a patch or program that allows you to play the pc version in 'windowed mode' (since 4 and 5 already have this option as part of the video/display options)

 

I ain't to bothered if it's official or 3rd party

What you really need is to throw the disk away and pick up Tomb Raider 2 again. TR3 blows!!!

 

Sorry couldn't help myself, hopefully someone can help you out. I rarely run games on my PC.

You can try adding the -window parameter after the executable like this for example:

 

"C:\Video Games\MumboJumbo\Jewel Quest\JewelQuest.exe" -window

 

If this doesn't work or if you cannot alt tab it then you may be out of luck. I have Tomb Raider 2 and 3 running on Windows 7 64bit fullscreen.

Took some tweaking but it works. Any reason why you dont want full screen?

full screen takes up too much processing time (compared to tr4/tr5 in windowed mode) and i am running an amd s/core x64 sys
