Satoshi Matrix #1 Posted October 3, 2011 Here's a look at the awesome adapter that lets you use a GameCube controller on the N64. This thing is pretty damn cool.
Itchy Koala #2 Posted October 3, 2011 Wow, that's pretty cool. Now someone needs to make one that connects to a controller nintendo didn't make . Did you make this yourself?
IntellivisionDude #3 Posted October 3, 2011 I used to have an adapter that let me use a PS2 controller on a Gamecube.
+wood_jl #4 Posted October 3, 2011 That's very cool! The N64 can use as many controller solutions as it can get, with the lack of durability (aside from personal preference) of the originals. Downside is, of course, this is expensive. $30 + $8 shipping for Yankees.
Rex Dart #5 Posted October 3, 2011 (edited) I used to have an adapter that let me use a PS2 controller on a Gamecube. I used to have a playstation controller but I stepped on it and it broke. What are we talking about again? Edited October 3, 2011 by Rex Dart
Tr3vor #6 Posted October 3, 2011 The Z button should be mapped to the gamecube's L button, because you hardly use the n64's L button and your left finger uses z on the n64 controller. it would be a pain if you have to use the Z and R buttons at the same time on the gamecube controller. Satoshi Matrix #7 Posted October 4, 2011 the great thing with this adapter is that you can map it to whatever configuration you like and save up to four of your own unique mappings as well.
