SEgamer #26 Posted October 4, 2011 Mutant League sports would be cool to see again. Beat me to it. ML Football and NFL Blitz were the only enjoyable football games to me. A few that I can think of: - Another Chrono game would be great - The Starfox series. To me, this series hasn't been the same since Starfox 64. The 3DS version looks good, but I'd like to see a new game that goes back to the series' roots - Jet Force Gemini - not really a series but I always wanted a sequel to it - Bomberman 64 - I enjoyed all of the Bomberman games on the N64 and would like to see another adventure type of game
A_Locomotive #27 Posted October 4, 2011 - The Starfox series. To me, this series hasn't been the same since Starfox 64. The 3DS version looks good, but I'd like to see a new game that goes back to the series' roots I agree with this. I've liked every game I've played in the series(everything but the DS and 3DS games), even the much maligned Adventures and Assault, but it really was top of its game with 64. +DamonicFury #28 Posted October 4, 2011 The X-Wing / Tie-Fighter series. Hasn't been anything there since X-Wing Alliance in 1999. I love those games sooo much... would love to see them come back!
Metal Ghost #29 Posted October 4, 2011 I agree with an Oddworld continuation. In fact I was just thinking of throwing in Stranger's Wrath the other night. I may have to actually do that. Besides a re-vist to Oddworld, Eternal Darkness is due for a re-boot. I mean, is Silicon Knights actually still working inside of the Too Human world?? DickNixonArisen #31 Posted October 5, 2011 I say leave Fzero and starfox where they are. Besides, isn't starfox.. like.. always having games come out? And the most recent titles have been pretty close in tone to the originals. For me, already stated: ML football/hockey (great concepts, games weren't perfect but could be), MML (why I bought a 3ds in the first place. bleh, now tales of the abyss is the ONLY game i want for it), little nemo, panzer dragoon already slated: kid icarus, shantae already played it: a boy and his blob, contra 4, klonoa, didn't quite make it: rygar, nights not yet created: skies of arcadia, river city ransom,
hwj_chim #32 Posted October 5, 2011 (edited) Eternal Champions. Sega needs to bring this one back, but they would need to keep it in a 2D plane like the new Mortal Kombat Added a video of all of the kills. This would look good on a modern console Edited October 5, 2011 by hwj_chim
ledzep #33 Posted October 5, 2011 My vote would go with http://www.steelbattalion.org/ because of the awesome controller. So, if they come out with new games for it they must supply a new version of that controller or supply an adapter for the old controller to work with the new XBox 360, none of this Kinect or game pad business. disjaukifa #35 Posted October 5, 2011 (edited) How about 2d Castlevania games for a console . . . and really 2d in platformers general . . . Edited October 5, 2011 by disjaukifa
Reaperman #36 Posted October 5, 2011 How about 2d Castlevania games for a console . . . and really 2d in platformers general . . . I think there is that new multiplayer 2d castlevania, but it hasn't been tempting me. I'd really like to see a return to metroidvania style. What the heck happened to metroid? Super Metroid 2 might be nice.
sheath #37 Posted October 5, 2011 I have always dreamed of a new Shinobi game. It would be a mixture of 2.5D side scrolling levels and 3rd person action sequences. I had the entire first level mapped out in my head. It opened with a 2.5D recreation of the forest scene in Shinobi III. Partially through the forest the camera would have panned behind the character. The next segment required a series of 3D jumps in the tree branches while dispatching ninjas. Just as the ninja horde became overwhelming, Musashi would simply jump off a cliff. The next segment would be a physics based grapple into a canyon base entrance that resulted in Musashi free flying in, side scrolling 2D again, through a level segment while slashing unsuspecting guards to bits. The segment would end with Joe landing on the wall by a door, flipping down and casually walking through the door. It is really too bad I have no skill at programming video games, because I could build this into ninja gaming bliss.
retrorussell #38 Posted October 5, 2011 Another World/Out Of This World. And put it in 3d and add lots of gooey, bloody deaths.
Metal Jesus #39 Posted October 5, 2011 I'd love to see a reboot of the Interstate 76 games on modern consoles! The original game really nailed that cheesy 70's vibe, but the driving and car combat was really fun at the time! I also thought the 2nd No One Lives Forever game was fantastic! Perfect blend of Half-Life gameplay and Austin Powers humor and visuals. I snag a 3rd in the series in a second!

Chuck D. Head #43 Posted October 6, 2011 I am hoping for a proper Bratz game for Wii U. I know there was the recent one on V-Smile, but most people don't really consider it canon.

Oh yes, all three of those! Did you play the TJ&E Xbox game? I heard a lot of criticism, but my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

DCUltrapro #47 Posted October 6, 2011 I'd also really love to see a new Panzer Dragoon game, Saga was my favourite game of all time and I desperately thing they should do another. Possibly an action oriented game with slightly less RPG so as to appeal to more people? Hell if I had my way it would be a full on 50 hours+ RPG extravaganza!! I have lots of dead Dreamcast franchises I would absolutely love to see another game to so here are my top 3 as I can't decide which! Jet Set Radio Skies Of Arcadia last but not least Shenmue!! Come on seriously, who doesn't want another shenmue?? It was the ultimate story driven game and it really opened the world to a new kind of 3rd person action/story game. An honourable mention goes out to Phantasy Star Online, you can say what you want, I know there have been Phantasy Star games on various platforms but until they release a true Phantasy Star ONLINE 2 I will never play another in the series apart from the wonderful and still online PSO ver 2 for Dreamcast. Rex Dart #48 Posted October 6, 2011 DCUltrapro, have you played Jet Set Radio Future or Panzer Dragoon Orta on Xbox? Those were great.
+RevEng #49 Posted October 6, 2011 Another World/Out Of This World. And put it in 3d and add lots of gooey, bloody deaths. If you haven't checked it out, you should try Heart of the Alien. It was a great follow-up. But I agree whole-heartedly that I'd like to see a new one, so long as it has the same cinematic approach. I'll add Beyond Good & Evil to the list too, though there's a glimmer of hope they'll still produce a sequel for it.
SRGilbert #50 Posted October 7, 2011 I'd like to see another in the Flashback/Fade to Black series. There was supposed to be a GBA sequel, but the company went belly up before it was finished.
