DJT #1 Posted October 7, 2011 I don't claim to be a HUGE sports fan by any means...BUT this time of year always makes me want to play a good football video game! So I went on Ebay and picked up a copy of Atari 2600 Super Football. I heard it was one of the better football titles for the system. I have to say, it is definitely a great game! The graphics are surprisingly really good, the animations are nice, and the gameplay is very smooth! To me, it's a perfect simple little pick up and play football game that will keep you coming back during the football season. One of the things I DON'T like and David Mrozek made the same comment in his review - the instructions are a little weak. It'd be nice to have a separate little reference sheet for the plays! So after seeing this numerous times on the sidelines on TV: I decided to come up with a pseudo play card to quickly allow you to reference the plays you want to call during the game. It's made to be printed on both sides of a piece of paper, OR separately which might make it easier for two players. Either way, laminate it, get yourself a bigass headset and get ready to play some footamaball!! Let me know what you guys think! SoundGammon #2 Posted October 7, 2011 Great! I like it! Now I wish someone would do a 7800 version of this game, the 7800 needs a GREAT football game!!
