+evg2000 #4 Posted October 23, 2011 Looks great. Not to criticize, but should "interview to developers" be "interview with developers"?

Intymike #8 Posted October 24, 2011 lulu.com?
vprette #9 Posted October 24, 2011 lulu.com? yes in fact I use that, but if you have other suggestions please... because lulu is expensive :-)
vprette #10 Posted October 24, 2011 also, any suggestion for new contents is good for me to update the work... I plan to add aquarius and I need to improve the variants classification.... sometime is not easy to figure out how to show in a book this kind of information that is typical web oriented :-)
Rev #11 Posted October 24, 2011 Looks pretty good, but one suggestion, maybe have the intv console horizontal instead of vertical. I like how it is partial shown though.
vprette #12 Posted October 24, 2011 Looks great. Not to criticize, but should "interview to developers" be "interview with developers"? thanks for the correction
vprette #13 Posted October 24, 2011 (edited) I may work a bit more to refine the cover, will see... improvements ideas I have so far to keep working are: - change the prototype section to a more stable layout with 2 titles per page - add hardware section with all the console variants (for this, I need good pictures from people that own those consoles) - change the paper format to a smaller version - add aquarius game value list there are surely many improvements I hope you can suggest me as soon you have hands on the guide... the english is under revision, as soon as this is done, I'll distribute Edited October 24, 2011 by vprette

atari5200dude82 #15 Posted October 25, 2011 (edited) Maybe instead of lulu.com. Maybe try amazon.com . OR SELL IT ON YOUR WEBSITE AND EBAY. How much is the paperback book going to cost. Edited October 25, 2011 by atari5200dude82
vprette #16 Posted October 25, 2011 Maybe instead of lulu.com. Maybe try amazon.com . OR SELL IT ON YOUR WEBSITE AND EBAY. How much is the paperback book going to cost. seel by myself means I have to print in advance... I use a print on demand service at lulu in fact I charge nothing for myself, all the money goes to Lulu :-/ what's important is to contribute to intv community
vprette #17 Posted November 4, 2011 couple of question to all collectors: - who you suggest to contact for make interview to be added to the Guide? I just added Zbiciack and Harley interview.... suggestions? - do you think a short section about intv III and IV would be interesting? I wonder if all the available docs about intv IV are copyright of intellivision production so I could not use that.....
IntellivisionDude #18 Posted November 4, 2011 You need to add an article of the opening of Cmart's Vault. Sorry i couldn't help myself.

Lendorien #21 Posted November 7, 2011 The console variants idea is a good one. Start a thread asking for high quality images with a list of all the variants you're looking for. Also include things people should do for the pictures (like cleaning their systems before taking photos). I'm sure people will step up.

I have a loose Digiplay 2, with the CIB one on its way as mentioned. As for colour, the black background would be my choice.
