some pictures come from damaged overlay, maybe you people can help me sending a better shaped pictures

you american people know better about legal stuff: is it possible to use a capture of the intv poster made by intellivision production as back cover for the book just like this:

Eventually, to be a little safer, I'd suggest you redo the image by placing the game covers in a different order so it becomes your own "interpretation" of a previous work. This is a common practice in the music recording industry for using artwork in the covers and booklets which is "inspired" by other works.

those are modifications I'm working on for next release in the future (one year?)

I may consider sending update to people who did buy the actual ebook for free...
