What is H.A.C (Heavy Armour Combat) and Flash Gordon

Two game that are for sale at Video 61 that I've never heard of before. H.A.C is a 48 or 64K cart and Flash Gordon is 16K.

I know Vidoe 61 sells new games and protos/unreleased and games from other formats put on cartridge, so I was wondering if these are new games or old. I can't seem to find anything about H.A.C or FG online for Atari 8-bit.

Probably TAC - Tactical Armor Command by Avalon Hill and Spider City by Sirius Software.
