selling my Mac 512k complete set

Recommended Posts

ive seen them selling in this condition from 400 to upwards of 1000, id go 300, im in california

I've got several mint condition vintage Macs, including a 512 in original box with packing and manuals. Including shipping, I paid $150 for it.

Your 512 is not mint, not complete in original box, nor do you show it working. I've had 3 of this same model with bad caps. Show it working and it might be worth $50-75 tops.

Right now they're going for more than usual due to the death of Steve Jobs. Anything Apple has become a big deal lately.

He may not get 3 or 400 bucks for it, but he'd get more than 75.

Sell it quick though. Steve Wozniak seems pretty healthy.

Yeah, $300 seems a lot. But if you can get it, that's great, it looks like a nice setup.

Screens dead all the time. I'd say most of them have bad caps. I have a healthy fear of classic Macs since I've had very bad luck with them.

I see some actual ended auctions between $300-$400, but then you have one cib, two of the same auctions and two BINs that could be in fantasy land. Why not list it on eBay? People on the forums are far less susceptible to seasonal hype. That's what I would do. And tell us how it does! I hope it cracks $300- maybe it will do even better.
