Good work.

What we need next is to get a version reduced to fit into a slightly lengthened SIO plug.

So what parts did you use? Is this something that is fairly easy to do for someone on the tight budget?

I've learned not to throw anything, so I have lots of materials from TVs, Motherboard, and more .. capacitors, resistors, diodes, crystals, ect.. used but all tested and working ..

Well i have use polyester caps instead ceramic, crystal, 14.3, instead 14.3XXX,other colors led,s, using other similar type to Le33 (low voltage) regulator 3.3v, I made by myself the network resistors, the connector SIO, the circuit PCB, ect.. cost only 3 euro to buy the ATMEGA8.

I have made it in free time.. so takes about total of 10-12 hours work, shedding at intervals..but is funny work! ;)
