WTB: GameRoom 20th Anniversary Collection (magazine)

I'm looking for the GameRoom Magazine 20th Anniversary Collection DVD.

 

I'm not 100% sure this was available in DVD format.

I know that it was downloadable for existing subscriber when they shut down the business.
