Tempted, although I'm in TX nearby (Austin) and shipping would probably be less than $15. I just found a C64 (should test before I finalize or else I'll have no use for this drive) and I am pretty certain I have extra cables I bought from Peedenmark on the forums. Yay! And I have a bunch of disk soft with me to play.

 

As well, this belongs in the Auction forum. I constantly harp on this because I know my auctions would get much more notice if I put them here, but I don't to keep to the plan.

Well, if you would like to buy the drive, I'd be happy to charge less for shipping, it is a heavy drive though, so I'm not sure how much less to charge, maybe $10? I can end the auction and we can just deal with each other here, I only listed it in an auction becuase more people see it besides just here at AA.

 

About were this is posted, I really don't care, they are items for sale, whether by auction or direct sale here, and I didn't even know there was a special auction forum; there's too many forums around here to keep track or even notice them all!! It seems really stupid to me to have seperate forums anyway, for sale is for sale. And I don't see any rules, do you? Show me!

I think they should be separate. Too many auction ads clutter up a useful sale forum. No big whoop, mods can move.

Auctions are a sale forum. Especially those with a BIN price. What's the difference? You have to click on a link to the actual sale? You still have to contact the seller through the forum or PM or whatever anyway. Got news, ALL sale threads ARE ADS! So what you are saying is auction "ads" are cluttering up non-auction "ads?" Ads are Ads, sales are sales. But no biggy...sorry to press the issue, but what your saying makes no logical sense to me.
