The description on the site implies it's unfinished, and the listing doesn't have a copyright date. That leaves two questions - when was it first released and is it still being worked on?

Try using your joystick.

 

IIRC: Push the joystick up to reach the dice selection, left/right to move to wanted dice and Fire to select/unselect dice.

 

BTW: Why does the second screenshot at http://www.atariage.com/screenshot_page.ht...areLabelID=1032 show a sixth dice at the very left border of the screen? I don't remember seeing that when playing the game.

A glitch when taking the snapshot? There's three other dice at the top (possibly a reuse glitch?).

 

"Sixes" is misspelled as well.

I've never played Yahtzee before so I thought 6 dice were the norm

That probably explains a thing or two about why I found it so difficult to judge when I had flushes & the like

 

Perhaps I should try reading up the instructions sometime.... :wink:

Not to worry. Yahtzee is fun, and you can still play when you are a pauper from losing all your money (unlike poker).
