Atari cartridges question (CXL and RX)

Which of the CXL cartridges have also been released as RX?

 

To my knowledge CXL goes from CXL4001 to CXL4027. Were there more after CXL4027?

 

I know that CXL4014 (Mailing List), CXL4017 (Pascal?) and CXL4023 (Berzerk) were never released. Was CXL4026 ever released (Dig Dug)? Or does Dig Dug only exist as RX?

A look at Atarimania shows three Dig Dug cart version, all RX8026. I don't think there's a cart list with CX/RX numbers, maybe there is.
