it's pretty much arkanoid..

with powerups and new bricks, etc..

I picked it up a few weeks ago and have enjoyed it very much. It's free but you have IAP (In App Purchase) to get additional levels beyond the initial 20 or so levels. I thought it was a good value and lots of fun.

I should also mention that using your finger to move the paddle is very natural to do. I've tried playing the breakout games using a joypad or d-pad in the past and it just doesn't work.

Too true. Super Breakout for the 2600 is one of my all-time faves.

Me too, have to pick up a set of paddles so I can play on the 2600! Think the mouse works really well as a paddle in Stella though.

Please can anyone help me. I have upgraded my iPad 4 with iOS7 and the game/app Breakout Boost will no longer load and play. I have informed Apple of this, and posted in the Facebook Atari page, Apple Support Forums and readers are being redirected to this site. Does anyone know whether the app will be recoded?
