He doesn't tell what it is for in the description. He only says everything was tested an is working.

Hard to tell from the pic, but it looks like the mod was well done. Not a real hack job. Almost looks like a switch.

Yah, I figured it was a mod of sorts, but I'm really curious as to what he says it is. I thought at first it was just a light to show that the power was on, but it really does look like a switch....a switch for what????

it is a switch.he may have added it only to give it a light. the switch may or may not actually function. if it is only for a light it is excessive. i can install an led in between the power and reset like the newer models.just as easy to do.

it is an illuminated rocker switch. i am assuming for light, but he may also be using it for something else and possibly not even using the light in it. i use them all the time without using the light in them.

I asked him, and he answered that this is an on/off switch. I wanted to know what´s with the orginal switch. But he din´t know that there is another switch at all.

So I think he didn ´t install this on his own and is not the first owner of the console.
